Shaped using traditional Korean techniques learned during my residency with master ceramic artist Kwak Kyungtae, these moon jars explore light — and all the light we cannot see. Each vessel is formed from recycled dark stoneware clays and finished with ash glazes, slips, and soft pearl lustres. The collection reflects a quiet balance of tradition and experimentation, where subtle surfaces hold depth, glow, and the traces of their making.
