We want you to love your handmade ceramics as much as we loved creating them. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

Timeframe: You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and safely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

-Custom or personalized orders

-Sale or clearance items

-Items damaged due to mishandling

Return Process

Email us at hello@lilceramics.co.nz with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
