The Blanket Project
The Blanket Project is a new art project created to promote New Zealand art and raise money for NZ Women’s Refuge. Launched by design and creative team, Further Doings studio.
Four New Zealand artists have each created a unique design for The Blanket Project. Evie Kemp, Otis Frizzell, Holly Roach and Elliot O’Donnell are the four contributing artists. These limited edition works have been turned into beautiful and functional woven cotton blankets, that can be used as a throw or picnic blanket or hung as a tapestry style art piece. Limited to only 25 of each blanket design, with 20% of the profit going to Women’s refuge.
Exhibition Opening – Thursday November 7th, 6-8pm
