Are your ceramics handmade?
Yes - each piece is individually handmade, so slight variations in shape, color, and glaze are part of what makes them unique. 

Are your pieces food safe?
Yes! Our pieces are made using food-safe glazes and fired at high temperatures. If a piece is decorative only, it will be clearly noted in the item description.

Can I put your ceramics in the dishwasher / microwave / oven?
Yes, our pieces are dishwasher, microwave and oven safe - how good right? We recommend handling with care, and avoiding sudden temperature changes i.e. not taking a plate out of the fridge and putting immediately into the oven.

Are your ceramics durable?
Lil Ceramics pieces are made from high-quality clay and fired at high temperatures for strength. They're extremely durable, though may not survive being dropped! 

Why do your pieces vary slightly from the photos?
Because each item is handmade, no two pieces are exactly the same. Variations in glaze, tone, and size are normal and part of what makes them so special. 

How long will my order take?
If the item is in stock, it will be shipped within a few business days. Made-to-order pieces take several weeks; refer to the product listing for up to date lead times. We will be in touch with your order update once it has been placed. 

Do you accept custom orders?
I do accept custom requests depending on availability. Get in touch to discuss your idea.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, international shipping is available - costs and delivery times vary by location, DM to for a quote. Flat rate shipping is available for New Zealand, Australia, and the USA. 

What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact me immediately with photos, and I’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Returns are accepted on unused items within 7 days. A refund will be actioned once your order has returned safely to the studio. Custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale items and cannot be refunded.

How should I care for my ceramics?
Our ceramics are made for every day use. Handle with care, and avoid thermal shock (e.g., going from fridge to oven). 

Do you restock sold-out items?
Our Everyday Tableware is always available for pre-order if currently out of stock. Our limited edition collections are made in small batches and are truly one-offs. Every so often we may repeat or build on the collection. Join our mailing list or follow along for restock updates!
