Everything is shipped from our studio in Auckland, New Zealand

We try to always use eco friendly biodegradable and recycled shipping materials.

We take extreme care packing your items for shipping to avoid breakages.

We charge flat rates for shipping to keep things simple for you - sometimes this means we will have to absorb some of the cost of shipping because we don't want you to get any surprises when it comes time to checkout and ship your purchase.

We pack and ship orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays

NZ Shipping

$12 flat rate throughout New Zealand

We ship with Courierpost or NZPost and Posthaste (depending on your region)

Shipping times vary but you can usually expect your delivery within 3 days for Auckland and North Island addresses and 5 days for South Island addresses (rural addresses can expect an additional 2 days for the rural postie).

Australia Shipping

$20AUD flat rate throughout Australia

We ship with NZPost (tracked courier)

Shipping times vary but you can usually expect your delivery within 5-10 working days

USA Shipping

$20USD flat rate shipping throughout USA

Packaging

We endeavor to use eco friendly, biodegradable and often recycled packaging wherever possible, this means that sometimes the external box (shipping carton) can be a bit shabby, have branding not associated with Lil Ceramics but rest assured, your parcel and products inside will be wrapped nicely and well protected.
